Matters needing attention
1. Please confirm the power used by the machine and do not plug in the wrong power.The machine adopts three - phase four wire system. The wire is earthed zero wire for leakage protection.
2. Do not touch the heating sheet directly with your hands.
3. Do not flush the machine with water. Operators should not work barefoot when the workplace is wet.
Remember to unplug the machine when not in use.
Don't change the parts of the machine at will.
6. Main parts should be lubricated with oil frequently.
Installation commissioning
1. Pay attention to the vertical of main body and horizontal during installation.
2. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine barn door is fastened. If so, please do so.
3. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the equipment.
Matters needing attention
Correct use of machinery and equipment, careful implementation of the maintenance system and strict observance of safe operation rules are the necessary conditions to extend the service life of machines, improve production efficiency and ensure safe production.To this end, it is recommended that users establish maintenance and safe operation procedures, operators should be familiar with the machine structure and operation procedures, but also must pay attention to the following points:
(1) High quality anti-wear hydraulic oil shall be strictly used when adding hydraulic oil into the oil tank. It must be filtered strictly and always keep enough oil. In case of shortage, the oil shall be filled immediately.
(2) The oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every half a year, but the first cleaning and filtering oil should not exceed one month. The new oil used once is allowed to be used again after strict filtration.
(3) The lubrication points of the machine shall be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.
(4) The sundries in the material box should be cleaned in time.
